1. Introduction

Welcome to Inkvation Tattoo. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking an appointment or purchasing any products.

2. Appointments & Deposits

  • All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure the booking.

  • Deposits will be deducted from the final price of the tattoo.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance to transfer the deposit to a new appointment.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

3. Age & Identification Requirements

  • Clients must be at least 18 years old to receive a tattoo.

  • A valid government-issued ID (passport, driver’s license, etc.) is required before starting the tattoo session.

  • We do not tattoo minors under any circumstances, even with parental consent.

4. Tattoo Pricing & Payments

  • Prices vary depending on the size, complexity, and design of the tattoo.

  • The final price will be determined after consultation with the artist.

  • Payments must be made in full at the beginning of the tattoo session. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments (if applicable).

5. Refund Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • No refunds are given for completed tattoos. Clients are responsible for approving the final design before starting.

  • If you are unsatisfied with your tattoo, touch-ups may be offered at the artist’s discretion (see Touch-Up Policy).

6. Touch-Up Policy

  • Clients must follow proper aftercare instructions to qualify for a free touch-up.

  • Touch-ups do not include areas affected by poor aftercare, sun exposure, or personal negligence.

7. Health & Safety

  • We follow strict hygiene and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe environment.

  • Clients must inform the artist of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before getting a tattoo.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who appear under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

8. Intellectual Property & Design Rights

  • All tattoo designs created by our artists are original works and protected under copyright law.

  • Clients may not copy, reproduce, or use the designs for commercial purposes without permission

9. Liability Disclaimer

  • Inkvation Tattoo is not responsible for any adverse reactions, infections, or complications resulting from improper aftercare.

  • By getting a tattoo, the client acknowledges the risks involved and assumes full responsibility.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Please check this page regularly for any changes
